Dr. Hatim Al-Hajj
Dr. Hatim Al-Hajj is originally from Cairo, egypt and now lives in the USA. He has a Master`s Degree in Islamic law (Sharee`a) from the American Open University and a PhD in Comparative Fiqh from al-Jinan University, Tripoli, Lebanon, with an excellent grade. He is also a medical professional with a M.B., CH.B. which is equivalent to a MD and he graduated with Honors from Alexandria University Medical School, Alexandria, Egypt
He is currently, The Dean of Sharia Academy of America.
He is also an Associate Professor of Fiqh at Sharia Academy of America and Islamic University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Islamic Fatwa Committee of AMJA, and he is also a member of the Islamic Jurisprudence Council of Minnesota.
